I have also apologised in the past:( to a short sharp response
I think I may stop posting on MSE alltogether its not so much fun anymore0 -
I'm also very sorry for not even replying to the question, will make sure I reply very quickly with accurate information next time.
Now, being serious, when someone posts something which may not be 100% correct, why can't people just correct them in a nice, polite, manner ? What is it with forums ? And the funny thing is they probably wouldn't have the guts to say the same thing to someone's face.0 -
Was it really only two posts ago that you came up with the excellent advice
"Yosemite is pretty much a full days drive from SF from our experiance"
Was that driving via LA?
Alternatively you could have just read the original post and answered the question they asked rather than the one you thought they asked.
i'll just shut up then . seeing as we won't be going anywhere in USA for a while , i'm becoming out of date anyway .
would you like to start the 2011 thread ?Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -
Well consider yourself well and truely told Trets...shame on you :rotfl:
I appreciate your thread!

I agree totally....someone made a comment a few pages back when I asked a question about ESTA....I chose to ignore it as I thought it an extremely rude and un-called for comment....hey ho...we can't all be polite and helpful though can we
Rise above it people and just carry on as you've always done...giving out to advice to those of us who appreciate it:hello: LORRAINE :hello:0 -

This is what we have used for the past few years:
http://www.travelinsuranceweb.com/summary-of-cover.htm
We always go for the Annual Policy (couple) which costs £70 - go through Quidco and get 20% cashback bringing it down to £56. We go away a few times each year so it saves having to arrange insurance for every trip and also works out cheaper too.
Hope this helps, please check all details for accuracy to make sure I have not given any duff information !!
EDIT: Based on your ages (younger than us !), looks like £63.99, less the Quidco, so just over £50 for each couple.0 -

Not the same person by any chance.
It isnt just on this thread, it seems there is someone like that on most threads I read.
Differing opinions are fine but rudeness isnt necessary0
