AprilThanks
Do you mean go on to CH300 website and add number or onto Dollars site
the 3rd party will prob be netflights and I normally pay the platinum rate for the extra driver and tank of fuel upfront.
Edit
It may well be CH3000 as just checked their prices and they have come down a lot for the time I want
Yes, on CH3000's website. I'm sure there's a way to add the Express number to bookings with other 3rd parties - if there's a comments section or maybe contact them. To be honest, the first time we rented with CH3000 we didn't add the Express number to the booking and they already had us (I suppose name and birth date or something) though I think that was at ORD so not sure if it would work the same at LAS. I haven't tried contacting Dollar about it as someone here (pebbles, I think) hadn't had any luck that way.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

Hiya all, just after a little advice please.
Me and DH are going to Vegas next year but are torn over which hotel we should stay in.
It's either going to be Wynn or the Venetian. Can someone help make our minds up. Read both very good and very bad things about both, so would like peoples opinions. Or even if anybody could recommend somewhere else. Already stayed at Caesers, so that one is out (much to DH's disgust lol)
Thanks very much. :TBEST EVER WINS WON IN ORDER (so far) = Sony Camcorder, 32" lcd telly, micro ipod hifi, Ipod Nano, Playstation 3, Andrex Jackpup, Holiday to USA, nintendo wii, Liverpool vs Everton tickets, £250 Reward Your thirst, £500 Pepsi, p&o rotterdam trip, perfume hamper, Dr Who stamp set, steam cleaner.

Nothing bad to say about either of them - both fantastic hotels. Apparently Palazzo and Encore are slightly better/updated versions of the originals and usually the same price.illegitimi non carborundum0

AprilCan anyone give me advice on hotels in Vegas. Going April 2011 with my partner and 2 children. After a nice hotel but dont want to pay extra for the kids 8 and 3 in the room. When will be the best time to book the room also.
Thanks0 -
MarchYou don't pay extra for kids in the room so long as they are using existing bedding (ie you get a room with 2 double beds and the kids sleep in the same bed). If this would cause war and you need a rollaway you'll be charged for it.
An idea on hotel budget might help in suggesting suitable hotels however if budget is a major concern I'd suggest the Orleans as great for kids -bigger rooms and very easy and free to get to the Strip.
Do you want a hotel with a casino -bearing in mind at all the hotels you have to walk the kids through the casino to get anywhere ?
You could also look at apartments if a kitchenette is important to you with kids
Is a great pool important to you ?
Really we need more info to suggest anywhere.
Personally I wouldn't take a 3 year old to Vegas -and probably not an 8 year old-I'm guessing you know about the restrictions though and the kind of "adult" sights they will see.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Most hotels will charge extra for the kids I'm afraid a few don't, but I guess it depends on what you mean by a 'nice' hotel - really depends on what you're used to. Also, have you read up on the restrictions with children in Vegas? Several people here have traveled with kids and had a great time, but all (I think) knew what they wouldn't be able to do...there are a lot more restrictions due to gambling laws, etc.
It's way, way too early for the best deals for April 2011.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

I think with most Vegas hotels if you state 2 adults and 2 kids on the booking you'll be charged extra...I suppose they could just choose 2 adults but not sure what would happen at check-in if it were obvious that they had 2 additional humans staying in the room.
I don't think Excalibur charges for kids - maybe because it's child-oriented? But I wasn't sure if that would qualify as 'nice'.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

why is Ceasars out ?
also i assume you have been using Trip Advisor to read things up , which is not always the greatest idea with regards to Vegas .Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0
