It was $157 which is less than we paid last time and we got a good discount then too.
Am I correct in saying these are the usual $99 ones? I am still trying to get my head around all the extras added to the basic ticket prices:o

You're welcome. Which seats did you get? When are you back in Vegas?

I called as soon as the box office opened at 6.00am and booked my tickets!

The best Cat 2 tickets available on the website were Row FF 1 & 2, but by calling we have scored Row AA 5 & 6. Looks a wee bit far over to the side, but we have seen the show before and the closer to the stage the better.

Best seats I could get were row A 1&2 (section 103) but maybe that's because we're going on a Friday night ?

Will be in Vegas from 5-12 May, 5 nights in San Diego first. Can't wait now, booked the flights last July !

They are the $99 ones. The price with the discount is just over $70 each (inc. tax) but then they stick another $7.50 on top (per ticket). Ours came to just under $157 in total, for 2x $99 (normal price) tickets.

EDIT: Think the pricing works something like this:

Normal ticket price (e.g. $99) - 35%, then add 10% tax, then add $7.50 per ticket

Hi recently found this thread and am addicted!

Heading to Vegas for 10 nights in May, was there last year and am looking forward to going back.

On the subject of the photos with the cubs Ferf has talked about - am I right in thinking that it was at the MGM Grand?

Thanks to everyone on here for all the tips :)

tingtong has explained it perfectly. There is a 10% LET, Light Entertainment Tax, plus a £7.50 service charge per ticket, much like booking fees here.

Just knock 35% off whatever price tickets you want, add 10% plus $7.50 per ticket.

One unusual thing about some of the tickets from the Mirage, including Terry Fator ones, is that you can cancel up to 24 hours before the show and get a refund less the service charge. Most shows are non-refundable.

You will have no problem seeing as there are large video screens each side of the stage with close ups.

I think we went on a Thursday or Friday night last time and had Row FF in Section 103.

Hey, we could maybe have a meet as pebblesmax is out there from 4 May and we're there from 30 April.

We also booked last July, on the 3rd I think, the first day of the BA sale. That was months before our last trip never mind this one.

Yes it's at the Lion Habitat at the MGM. You can see the lions for free, but you have to pay to get your photo taken with a cub. Seeing cubs is quite unusual. They don't always have cubs on the go, but they did have when we were there in September.

I saw the lions last time but no cubs so hopefully I'll get to see them when I go & maybe even get a photo with them :), thanks Luci.

Think I'll give the $29.99 buffet offer at all the Harrahs group a go as well when I'm there as well!
