So guess who has a BA flight to Vegas booked on March 27th? (the 2nd of the two BA strike dates announced today). Virgin have predictably hiked their prices to £1874 (return), so BA and Unite are probably going be increasing the cost of my holiday by £1200 (it's a 50th birthday celebration, so there isn't much flexibility on dates).
Does anyone have any ingenious ideas for making the trip without the aid of a mortgage?0 -
MarchThere you go, we must have been really lucky. Both of our trips went from the same terminal which was really small, about 30 gates as I remember. Just goes to show what a wide range of experiences you get
Yep
When you get on the transit you see how vast the airport is- as you say if you don't change terminals you have no idea. Usually there IS a terminal change though-must be "luck of the stoneman"I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -

Are those prices per person? What was your original fare.....and what's your return date ? Could you go a day or two earlier so you're still there for your birthday -if so how much flexibility do you have ?
With that info maybe we can help
