I think everyone here has visited it at some point, not worth it to me. I was totally underwhelmed, I thought it was really small, but then the Grand Canyon didn't impress me either (now waits for the inevitable question regarding GC)

I found the film on how and why they built the Dam quite interesting . Boulder City doesn't have much to hold the attention .

However a drive around Lake Mead was a pleasant drive out .

    Hi

Thanks for this. I have tried to sign-up but it only gives me the USA address option - which I know won't work with my credit card.

    Any suggestions

    Thanks

It will work - just put in 89109 as the zip code and the rest of your address (or as much as you can).

Or you can pay by PayPal and make up a US delivery address - you print the vouchers from your online account so nothing will have to be delivered to you.

There really is a big difference between shows like O, Love & Ka and Mystere. The former 3 are on a much grander scale. Mystere is more entry level Cirque. It's still impressive and if you've never seen Cirque before you won't have anything to compare it to. But if you've seen O or Love or Ka you will see where the extra money goes. Whether you will think it is worth more money or not is a completely relative thing. We think it is - Mystere is a good show, but pales in comparison to the spectacle of some of the others (and some people hate, hate, hate the clown in Mystere).

Also - do not buy tickets at vegas.com! They are usually really overpriced.

There are various resources for discounts many listed on page 1...one is:

    http://www.cirquedusoleil.com/lasvegas/en/promotions/index.asp

If your dates aren't covered by the offers currently out there then check back - they regularly update the promotions.

I haven't seen Matsuri but you can get 1/2 price tickets here (possibly other places)

Sorry, I don't know - maybe contact the card issuer and ask if they've blocked the transaction? You should be able to put your proper address in the site - they have a drop-down to choose country.
