SeptemberWe bought them when we were there we looked at the discount ticket places but they didnt have them so we bought them from MGM direct if I remember right we didnt pay the full price but I cant remember what it was exactly not much cheaper than the advertised price though I dont think. If its a while till you go I would hold off and see if any deals come up nearer the time we did this and got tickets for LOVE with 40% off last year.0

RE NEW ELVIS CIRQUE SHOW
stoneman - why do you say this? Have you seen it or know someone/a few people who have seen it and didnt enjoy it?
Its high on my list of "to do's" in June/July - only reason I havent already booked it is because tix have not yet been released for my dates. SO - would be interested to hear why you say its rubbish....

Hi penny!
I have just told my best mate what you said here and she is going berserk! She missed Celines shows before and has been hoping that she will come back to Vegas.
Can you please tell me where you got this from, cos we cant find it online and she is so giddy she may burst!!!

In honesty, I know ill barely be in the room, so think flamingo will be best, the pool looks awesome! The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

JulyBy the accounts of posters on Open Vegas, but they did say it was the trial show run.
Thanks, will have a look there then.
Anyone on here seen the new Elvis Cirque Show or heard anything about it - good or bad?
I am genuinely interested in hearing opions. I havent seen a show in Vegas yet and will definately be doing so in July this year. I dont want to spend in excess of $100 per ticket to be disappointed when there are shows such as "O" and "Ka" to see.....
however, I would love to see the Elvis show if it were good....

This has just been posted by Vicky Hurn in the travel forum hope dhe doesnt mind me copying it here, I know lots ask on here about cheap calls in/from the US
Posted by Vicky Hurn
OK Guys, hope some will find this useful.
As a regualr US Traveller from the UK in the past I have always used a NET10 Prepaid handset, 10c a min for calls in the US and 15c a min for calls back to the UK/Europe. But it has its downside in that Texts can't be sent to numbers outside the US and the international option can take 2 or 3 days to activate.
Well this trip went with a different option. picked up a package in BestBuy with a Prepaid SIM Card that works in any Unlocked GSM Phone, the Sim is branded as O2 Wireless. Costs $9.99 and is preloaded with 50Mins of Airtime, additional Airtime is available in $10-$20-$50 cards and all last 90days but rollover with an additional topup.
What it offers,
14c a min to US and 50 other countries, (UK and Europe included)
5c Text Messages to US and same 50 countries
Sets up in just a few minutes with a free phone call to an 800 number.
So if you are travelling to the US and are going to be there a week+ this is a great cheap way of staying in touch with the UK and other countries than roaming on your UK phone.

After years of using Net10 this is a breath of fresh air being able to use my own familiar handset etc.
Just a heads up and hope some of you heading over to the US find it as useful0 -
No problem copying the post over.
Just to add that it was at a BestBuy store in Vegas that I picked up the O2Wireless SIM Card, although they seem to sell them on the net the package in BestBuy was store branded.Over 100k miles of Electric Motoring and rising,0 -
