Booking.com has the Signature from $655 and Trump from $472. It does state that the Trump price doesn't include the service fee or taxes, but it's not so clear for the Signature.

I am also a non smoker and have asthma but have never let that influence hotel choice.

All hotels have non smoking rooms on non smoking floors so the room you get shouldnt be a problem (only prob I have had was at MGM).

As for the Casino I assume you will be visiting them, AFAIK there isnt any non smoking casinos and yes they are smoky so there is not much you can do. In the buffets there are always non-smoking sections.
