  • Thanks Beanie you are a :Axxxx and good luck for your boy

I just got an email from myself (google future me.org) I wrote it a month ago and had forgotten it was coming. I wish I could say I had acted on my writings but I haven't. Life is continuing in the same largely unsatisfactory manner.

Working at home is all but impossible and whereas when Dad was alive I could work upstairs quite happily now I feel bad about leaving Mum alone down here all the time (was already out till 8 twice a week now 3 times) and in honesty not that keen on working up there any how! And there is still such a backlog it is crazy(And I have been marking loads well I thought I had). I was hopeful I would catch up over 1/2 term but as I discussed with my friend you never really do catch up, it is just a case of accepting you will work at this level all the time. And there in lies the problem. I have a plan I just don't execute the plan. I don't actually want to spend my sats and suns marking so I don't but then I stress myself into migraines and anxiety about it all. How utterly stupid.

I want to see my friends - help them baby sit etc, but all I every seem to say is I have work to do. I remain convinced tho that some how I would get the marking and the planning done if only I could get into a routine. Flylady has taught me that routine is the key. I Must work out a routine. Not a OCD one! (well maybe!) but set times to do set things so I don't get overwhelmed.

tomorrow I have a long day so must go to bed now. My friend has been getting up at 4.30 to mark. not quite there yet.

but might give an early start a go.

    night all

    Buffy xxx

Woke up about half an hour ago, and have been emptying my inbox, I am seriously wondering why I keep so many e mails!!!!

I have to sort out annoying post stuff and then bribe Mum to go for me on Monday !:o

Today its a little toast, some marking lunch out and home again. I really don't want to go out tonight but it is my friend's birthday. I reallt shouldn't be such a miserable cow! but it is going to be so expensive and I would rather be in, got loads of marking arghhhhh!

At some point I must do my March budget.

    see you all later xxx

    Big hugs Buffy!
I'm trying not to feel stressed this weekend. Having just moved house I have enough stuff related to that I need to do to fill the weekend. I also have enough urgent work to last the weekend. Then there are the family commitments!
I've decided that I've spent the weekend working so I'm focusing on house stuff and getting some rest. I'm trying my best not to think about the nightmare I'll have next week as I won't have done the work. I can only do my best and getting ill by working too much doesn't help anyone!
