Oh My God!
Do you know how much that is breaking the Data Protection Act? Well they do and a fine for a few £k would soon find them if some person was to maybe report them for it……All comments and advice given is my own opinion and does not represent the views or advice of any debt advice organisation.

MBNA have been ringing me at work even thought I told them to remove the phone number from their records immediately! I told them to be patient for a couple of weeks and my case number from cccs but they continue to harrass me, both at work and at home, I have not chosen Not to pay them, I just can't right now and it really gets me down as I am trying to sort things out and not ignore it:confused: you are as you are, if you aren't as you ought to be.0

Not again, I hear you say :rotfl:
I've received my info through from the fab CCCS. Part of the info is a letter I think I need to copy and send to all my creditors with my SOA and list of creditors.
Do I need to copy the letter, my SOA and list of creditors and send them all out?
I'm only asking coz in my previous life, I dealt with CCCS as a creditor ( I know, don't all hate me), and I'm pretty sure the letters came from them
Your help, as always would be really appreciated :A
xx
Hiya Spud,
Not a problem at all
Nope, they get everything they need from us, all you need to do is sign the agreement & return it along with any supporting paperwork that’s been requested and make your first deposit on time!

Unfortunately they are not the easiest to deal with, eventually they will stop but it takes them a few months to accept that your on a DMP and you won't back down.
You need to write to them asking to remove the number, if they do not comply they are in breach of the law and can be reported to trading standards.

I'm sorry WG me dear
I've not got an agreement to sign, or I can't find it.
I've got a form to copy, then fill in and send to all our creditors, with a SOA and list of debts, the SOA and debt list also need to be copied for everyone.

I've got a client expenditure form, a list of creditors, and a letter with no title, brown stripey header that I need to copy and complete for each creditor with our reasons for reduced payment etc.
Sorry honey
