Hmmmmm that’s not a welcome pack, that’s a self help pack, you shouldn't have been sent that if you have been offered a DMP, i an only assume you have been sent this in error or that your welcome pack is to follow.
I'm going to be honest I don't know the process of the welcome packs so well, you see we email the magic pixies on the 11th floor and they send everything out, then you send everything back to the pixies and they magic the DMP active.
So if you like you can PM me your ref and I’ll have a look over your account and see what’s happened.
