    MBNA are truly the worst. They give you sooo much aggro! Even got our neighbours number and got them to put a note thru our door for us to contact them, pretending our phone wasn't working! They did it just to !!!!!! us off and try to embarass us, thankfully we have FAB neighbours.

    Just want to say I am so glad that all went well! I think that everyone thinks life will end when you have to budget, but I am managing to put a little away towards a lump sum for the creditors in the future!

    I love the fact that even though I am in debt up to my eyeballs, I still have some money in my bank at the end of the month, and I no longer live on credit!

    Your hair is going to look lovely....:rotfl:

    Wouldn't work if they tried it with us. My neighbour has apparently done a bunk with a £1/4 million Bentley :rotfl:

    Debt collectors come to our door regularly looking for him:rolleyes:

    WG I'm confused :confused:

    Not again, I hear you say :rotfl:

    I've received my info through from the fab CCCS. Part of the info is a letter I think I need to copy and send to all my creditors with my SOA and list of creditors.

    Do I need to copy the letter, my SOA and list of creditors and send them all out?

    I'm only asking coz in my previous life, I dealt with CCCS as a creditor ( I know, don't all hate me), and I'm pretty sure the letters came from them :confused:

    Your help, as always would be really appreciated :A
