Hi to everyone and welcome Katscorner,

What is your job that you enjoy so much, I am intrigued!

I'm going to get my timer out today and whizz through each room as they all need a bit of helping hand to look presentable!

DS is still in bed(!) in recovery no doubt, and I am, ahem, in my pjs. Not watching JK or smoking so not being a total stereotype! Lol.

So here's the very vague list:

    - [STRIKE]washing on[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]dry washing away and wet washing up to dry[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]wash up[/STRIKE]
    - 15 mins in kitchen
    - [STRIKE]15 mins in hallway[/STRIKE]
    - 15 mins in living room
    - 15 mins in bathroom
    - [STRIKE]15 mins in DS's room[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]15 mins in my room[/STRIKE]
    - clean out handbag

I work in the Health and Nutrition market place alongside a 32 year old company recommending and using Aloe Vera products and showing other like-minded people how to grow their income from home around their other commitments. It is amazing! Lots of fun and a great way to meet people and earn an income at the same time. No reason why us mums can't have a great income and fun while we earn it and still be able to out our kids first! It is a really great business to be part of. And the best is that anyone can do it!

My day today needs to include making beds, tidying bedrooms, taking two littlies to toddler group, going to Sainsburys (for wine, not food!), vacuuming and washing the floor! Then school pick up, snack and then take eldest to Beavers. Come home and feed kids then I am sure there will be more!!

Oh yeah and go see two people later to pick up some trial product packs! Phew..
    3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

Just realised the reason I can't find my favourite nursing bra is because my hospital bag is still in the boot of my car - full of dirty washing! Must get it out and wash stuff, it's been over a week!

Made bread swirls with the boys this afternoon, they're in the oven now (marmite, cheese and onion) cooking for lunch.

Have been putting off vacuuming as baby is asleep but floors are now a state so it'll have to be done today...

    To Do List

Get bag out of car and wash stuff!
    Vacuum the WHOLE house
    Fold and put away laundry
    Post another letter to HB
    Cheque in bank
June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
    2 adults, 3 teens
Progress is easier to acheive than perfection.

Didn't get a whole lot done today. Was very much a "do what absolutely needs to be done to get by for the day and that's it" kind of day today. Tomorrow I will play catch up and get things done. Part of it was simply waiting forever for a window company to show up to get our door checked - they were supposed to showed up in the morning and I ended up calling them in the afternoon to make sure they were coming out. Took them another hour after that to show up. Waste of a whole day, really. grrrrr

I've just discovered the Tasks feature in GMail, so I can add things to my list when I think of them.

I did email them to suggest a little fanfare when everything on the list is checked off. I perhaps have a little too much time on my hands.

    Today I need to:

    do my hair
make surprise shortbread for my OH
call the hotel and book our room
post envelope to my transcription person
bother OH/help him to make my new website
    put baby laundry away
    make up nappies

    I have already done:

    baby laundry
    shopping
    email catchup
    email APPA
    clear off my desk

    Three gifts left to buy

Ok. I've picked up the miscellaneous grocery items we needed (along with probably a few we didn't need! :rotfl:), but that includes the laundry soap to wash the DCs clothing in that doesn't aggravate their eczema. We tried a different brand that, while cheaper initially is now turning out to be more expensive as I have to REWASH their clothing. *sigh* Live and learn, eh? In the meantime, DS3's back and tummy is all red and blotchy and has to have cream put on it regularly until it clears up again.

We bought some reduced steak today and reduced mushrooms, so it's steak, mushrooms, and chips (also on sale!) for tea tonight! :j I found some mango chunks in the frozen section. I compared prices and it's about the same as fresh, and it's all prepared for me. So I can defrost a cube or two for DS3 to eat here and there, as he's the only one that will eat it. There was also some nice frozen blueberries for the same price as fresh, which looked nicer than the fresh. So I will be buying those next time, as DS2 loves blueberry muffins (cheaper to buy the blueberries and make my own muffins plus he gets to help make them that way!). I can tell I'm feeling hungry though - Spongebob Squarepants is on the television and seeing a Krabby Patty makes me hungry. :rotfl:I think that squarely places me in the "truly pathetic" category today.

I did a side trip to make sure I knew where the new toddler group is located, as I'll be going there next week.

Now I just need to do bottles, laundry, washing up, and clean up the dining room today. So much for resting. LOL
