I got biology "O" level

Another poor nights sleep - thanks for the suggestions....I have tried most of the practical things, so will just keep plugging on at it. No need to set an alarm for tomorrow morning, so hopefully that will help.

Scratches and banking done....nothing to report one way or another there.....onwards and upwards!

Fraid so I spent 5 long years at uni reading Microbiology, drinking beer and investigating the many varied causes of halitosis. Coupled with morning sickness this was perhap my biggest gaff to date. Hard to be certain though as there have been so many.

I got a free £5 reload from mirror bingo today - played this morning and won £19.79....they have a £30 minimum withdrawal, so I need to work out whether you can still deposit to withdraw on that site.......hopefully I can get that sorted in the course of the day, which would be a welcome addition to the pot.

Well done on the bingo win! :T
Sorry to hear about the insomnia. My Mum has suffered for years, but doesn't seem tired by it, she just hates being awake for hours. I wish I had something practical to add......sorry.
    Have a good Friday x

I used to get really angry that the rest of the world was sleeping, while I wanted to sleep but couldn't. I have got rid of that anger now, which does help, but it is still frustrating.....and oh so tiring!

Am wondering whether to celebrate surviving another week with a bacon buttie :think::think: It would be my first for many many weeks, so I think I may do so.....

I have put my order in for my bacon buttie......so no NSD for me today, but I am doing well, with 9 under my belt so far this month (9 NSDs that is, not 9 bacon butties, which probably wouldn't even fit under my belt it is so tight already!).

Enjoy your run, sally - my excuse today is....urm.....well.....I am sure I will come up with one sooner or later :o

Yay to bacon butties, hypno, even from this vegetarian - one little treat at the end of the week isn't bad at all!

Hi KC! I must not get into the habit of the friday bacon buttie - it must be a one off......a rare treat, otherwise it is £12 a month gone, which could be put to better use elsewhere!

But I will enjoy this one......it is just being delivered to my desk as I type.....
