Hypno Is there anything physical that could be waking you up at 2am such as boiler or washing machine coming on or a train going past or suchlike?0

Sorry to hear about the sleep problems.I do hope you can cure it soon as it's so annoying.0

Another day survived.....thankfully I was able to just keep my head down and get on with my work today, with no added stress, so the tiredness did not prove to be too much of a burden.
I managed my NSD too, so am happy with that.....things are going well in that department - I just need to keep the NSD momentum going!
So, nothing else to report, moneywise.....nothing received, nothing spent - I suppose that is a reasonable balance
I hope you have all had a good day! Am off to browse the boards for a bit.....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Well done on the NSD's :T
Don't they say do something for 2 weeks and it becomes a habit.... So, Good going!
All we have to do now, it apply the same strategy to exercise0 -
It is still FAR too icy to consider running round here, macgirl.......even the short walk from the bus to the front door today was more like "dancing on ice"
When the thaw has happened, I will don my trainers - honest......I certainly need to, because my clothes are now uncomfortably tight
:o:o and I cannot afford to buy new ones
But if the NSD habit sticks, then I will be more than happy for now!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Here too. Did you see the national news last night, where people were on their hands and knees crossing the road?! :rotfl:
That's very near me, so running is out of the question (though shamefully DH has ran every day / every other day since the snow began a month a go).
I'm getting excited for the GNR places announcement tomorrow, are you?0 -
I am getting rather fed up with waking up at 2am and not getting back to sleep until 4.30am.......when the alarm goes off at 6am
I am, as you might have guessed, very tired. Could do with some sleep please!!
I know this doesn't help but omg I'm so pleased to hear that this happens to someone else
I don't know what the answer is tho, sadly
Re.the cuddly diseases, I gave a load to my family the other year :rotfl: None of my friends understood it but the family loved them@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? macgirl, I am sure I won't be getting a GNR place, but if I do, it will be the incentive I need! (although it is still too icy to run!) We shall wait and see what tomorrow brings!
honeybear, I have never been a good sleeper - it seems to be my weak spot......which is a shame because I am not one of these people who only needs 4 or 5 hoursI do get occasional good nights sleep, but sadly not many of them, and certainly not more than a couple at a time, which just doesn't do it!
