You do realise you are bound to lose weight now Hypno:D? I did the same wardrobe purge just before Christmas and wish I'd kept a few fave tops now. I overlooked most of the trousers so not too bad there but there were some lovely tops I'd given up on:(.

Hypno and Beanie - be kind to yourselves - blips are good - much better than bottling up!!

Wardrobe sort out is also good - cast out the unwanted and only keep things that make you feel good. Is the newly cluttered bedroom on the list for a paint make over before the new bed comes?

My feet and hips ache after a walk today - didn't even walk that far. I allowed myself to get sooooo unfit- as I typed that was stuffing toblerone into mouth - which edxplains a LOT. Can't get any motivation at the moment tho...must do better.....must do better....

Hope you slept better on the sofa last night.

Done scratchies (only 10p's) but st miniver is currently down, so got to do later.
