I had similar trouble... Then I remembered I've gained 6 inches () around my waist in 3 years and refused to buy trousers on a 36'' waist!

so the carrot in front of me is a shopping spree in New York and also a carrot! :o
 Debt Free since July 2011 and it feels good!

Now it's all about finding a deposit for a house!

Well done on the yoga, mine's only 20 to 30 mins a day, so a far more relaxed affair in comparison.

Can you split yours into shorter sessions, or is it one long session on the DVD.

    Enjoy your pud :)

Hope you're OK to go jogging in the morning.

It is split into several sections, but if I can I want to do the whole lot as I find it really beneficial.

Its just a case of finding that extra time.......

    Pud was yum :D
