Have done the woodwork - skirting, doorframe and door......and also the radiator too.

Just waiting now for the paint to harden and I will go and put the mirror etc back up and move the linen basket back and towel rail back....

Am very pleased with my day's work, and all for no cost as I had all the paint, brushes etc already. OK, so it is only a little room, but it is a good start.

Have not been anywhere, so a NSD as well today, and still £15 of my £20 intact :)

Dragon - this diary is over two months old - have you been waiting for that long for me to post on my old one

:T Well done on an excellent day's work :A
You'll feel great when you get up tomorrow and it's all clean and fresh - good for you!

You've inspired me. I'm edging ever closer to get the paint out myself. Our hall is dark red and shows up all the scuffs, so drives me mad every time I walk in.
Months ago, I found a similar shade half price in Homebase. I have a day off - all to myself :j - at the end of the month, so will probably end up doing it then......
