At the moment, se, and having not eaten much for the last few weeks, I am working on the "eat what I fancy, when I fancy it" basis.....thankfully, that doesn't include much in the way of crap, so I am really just going with the flow at the moment.

It's hard to describe but I am trying to get the balance right between saying "I've lost over half a stone easily, so can use that to kick start a proper weight loss effort" and saying "I don't need any extra pressure on myself right now to lose weight, so will just do what feels right".....

**insert shruggy shouldered smiley right here**

I was wondering about how you were feeling about the weight loss, you've been wanting to lose some for a long time, so in some ways it's good & you must want to try to take advantage of it. But then you need the energy from the food to cope with everything, as the stress is going to burn extra calories.

Oh, your morning run had one effect, I felt guilty about slobbing about, so I decided to go for a 'power' type walk to burn the calories. The only problem was hubby didn't find out until he was walking with me, he'd though it was going to be a sunday morning meander :D

We discovered a nice walk to the edge of the town, so not all built up, and it finishes with a killer hill, to hit the thighs & calves, hope to do it again soon, as long as the snow & ice don't come back.

P, Wednesday or Friday would be good - I get home from work at 6ish......bring your running gear and we will plod around the block (plod being the operative word here!)

I've painted the ceiling in my shower room - the coving needs another coat, so I am just letting the first coat dry then will give it another.....then will have coffee/lunch and will tackle the walls.

I've got to do stuff so I don't sit and wallow in self pity!

Also, I've got to do stuff because no other bu88er is going to do it for me, and it is starting to annoy - once you start noticing dingy ceilings and grubby paintwork, it just keeps taunting!

just cream - not magnolia but proper cream......I've got a peach coloured suite in there (can't justify the cost of replacing it with a white one yet) and have peachy coloured tiles, so other than peach paint, which would be a bit too 90s, it really has to be cream......
