At the moment, se, and having not eaten much for the last few weeks, I am working on the "eat what I fancy, when I fancy it" basis.....thankfully, that doesn't include much in the way of crap, so I am really just going with the flow at the moment.

It's hard to describe but I am trying to get the balance right between saying "I've lost over half a stone easily, so can use that to kick start a proper weight loss effort" and saying "I don't need any extra pressure on myself right now to lose weight, so will just do what feels right".....

    That's the one, P!

I'm out with the girls for dinner on Tuesday as one has a birthday and we have a voucher for cheap meal at Zizzis each, so can't meet at Thetford, otherwise would be happy to!

    Morning

glad you got to go out for your run. I have been brave and entered a couple of 5k's so will REALLY have to do something, although 2 of them are Race fro Life so can be walked.

the hoover is ok - it just cuts out if you use the tools for too long, so generally when I am about two thirds up the stairs, it decides it has had enough - then it takes half an hour before you can switch it on again.

I don't hoover my stairs too frequently, though, so it is not holding my life up too much in any great way!

I got so fed up with trying to balance mine on the stairs that they rarely get done, just some zoflora on a cloth and work my way down.

Yes, please tell, I want a vacuum with built in coffee break :)
All my electric stuff has a built in coffee break. The iron stops working after about an hour, hair dryer after 10 mins, Vax, about half way round a room
surfbabe - sorry to hear your news, you just need to do what is right for you. A girl I once worked with was critical of me when my Dad died. She didn't know what was going on in my head and what my coping mechanisms where.

Excellent news this morning on this thread - Hypno and Shaun both - I'm really glad to hear that you're managed to keep on looking forward Hypno, and taking care of yourself. Thats really what I haven't done (bad me! bad!) so now I'm starting to do it from a really low base. However, I have a social thingy this evening that I'm getting chauffeured to and from, which will help a lot.

Shaun - good to see you back, I'll pop over to your thread and check what you've posted there.

    xxx and hugs to all.

EDIT - and you haven't posted there yet :rotfl:
