Sold a book on amazon - after postage and fees I have made a profit of.......79p! Still, it is all money in the pot, and one less thing cluttering up the house.

Hi Hypno, hope you're doing ok? :) Is today the end of the working week for you? Hope you manage to treat yourself on your days off.

I have found with Amazon, that my old college books fetch the most money. I will certainly be looking out for those in charity shops and carboots in future.

I sold one last week that cost me about £2 years ago and it was a bit tatty - made over £10 profit!! :money: Plus you don't have all the faff of photographing it - just type and go ;)

    Take care xx

I have to admit that the one I sold today only cost me 5p at a school summer fete a few years ago......so I am quite happy with my 79p.....that's a pretty good % profit!

Yes, today is my last day this week - have taken a couple of days out of my annual leave, just to give myself some head space that is much needed right now.

Yes, it certainly is good profit and as Sally said, better than scratching.

You seem a bit flat today - hope you can get some rest and maybe a take nice walk over the next couple of days to "regroup" (sorry I don't like that word, but couldn't think of a better way of saying it).
Please make sure you're eating properly :)

There are so many people with so many definitions of this challenge, that some people call that a 'cost of work' if you 'have' to go, others say that it's a extra spend, all that all I can say is  Hope it was a good evening.

We do have a 'cost of work' section in our budget :o

    I'm not sure!

I think around £30ish, including getting home. I did think while I was at the bar "Oh well, here goes the £20 Challenge" :rotfl:

I had a slight medical emergency on Monday so I didn't class that spend as part of my £20. Nothing serious, don't panic ;)

However, I instigated the oub trip so I cannot excuse it any way shape or form! Had a great time tho ;)

Glad to hear it was fun, it's when the money goes and it isn't fun it's bad :)

Hope the medical emergency wasn't too serious.
