Argos do not have the right to cancel telephone orders because a verbal agreement was confirmed between both parties.

Argos will do/tell anything to try and worm their way out of it, for example in FloFlo's case they are saying it wasn't actually despatched, it was "waiting" to be desptatched.

You are right, I told her to put it in writing to me that they never despatched them and recalled them which was when she said that someone else would need to speak to me.

Anyone got a high/ish level email address for argos?

dont think they will get back to us i asked for the same in writting but she wouldnt do it just printed off my dispatched order tracking so how do we go about small claims court.mind you marku got his today so that proves they were sent out the fact they honoured this one they should all be honoured
