Hi Everyone & many, many thanks for your lovely messages :A We have come home for a while now to get something to eat. Our DD and nephew are at the hospital at the moment and nephew said he'd drop DD back off at home once we all swap round shifts. DH is going back soon he's just gone out for a quick walk with the dogs - think he needs a little time on his own to think. I shall spend the evening here, with DS3 and whoever else comes back, with the phone always near me. SIL is going back soon as well I think.

Thank you once again you are all such lovely, caring people and I count you as friends, even though we have never met in person.

Diva Thank you for posting on my behalf after having received my rather garbled text.

NicLou Thank you for the lovely PM.

Wishing Sunnygirl and family lots of best wishes and hugs at this sad time x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Hello all

Sunnygirl - My thoughts are with you.

I need a serious boot up the OS backside please....I've been MIA from here for a while now and really need to buckle back down.

DH was involved in a car accident last march which left him with what everyone assumed was just whiplash...oh how I wish. Things deteriorated and he stopped work in June, lots of MRI's orthopeadic and neurosurgical appointments later and he's currently sporting a very flash wheel chair. Outlook for returning to work is pretty dire and we're just coming to terms with everything. Money wise - sick pay has just finished and we're in a limbo land waiting to see what benefits we can get....it's all a bit of a mess really.

I've been keeping OS as much as possible but really need to crack on with the grocery challenge and get back to basics....if anyones got any SC recipes for cat I might be tempted :D
