    Mine is more of an omlette I guess, saute peppers, couple of chopped fresh tomatoes and a couple of slices of bacon grilled and choped in to the pan, then pour 2 whisked up eggs over.. and stir a bit to cook. Loverly with a bit of Aldi bbq sauce..

    yes, the pans heat up remarkable quickly and hold the heat, unlike my anodised aluminium and stainless steel ones.
