1500m winterswim yesterday with 200m warm up. That totally knackered me! Didn't help it was really busy and I had to overtake the same guy 3 times! He should've been in the slow lane. Cycled there and back, it's only a mile but coming back almost all uphill! And then decided to see how my legs felt running, only did 200 yards though as left bike leaning on the garage. Might have to take a rest day today.
Have found 3 jobs to apply for before February. Any good places to have a look at a good covering letter? I'm carp doing those as well.:oDEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -

I am so tired today. Went early to bed as well as had to take the train again today because BF is up N Wales helping his mum move.
Had to cycle to work every day last week as it was too cold to use the motorbike. It was hard work as I find the hills difficult on the pushbike. Ended up doing about 50miles last week. On Sunday had to cycle 6miles to the vb match and then back. I had a rest day on Saturday though and today when I cycled, my legs felt much stronger and more powerful, well,at least a tad.Was supposed to go for a run at lunch time now but will just go for a walk.

You're doing really well with your exercise as well SH! You're going to the gym a fair bit!
I just don't have a choice, if I can't use the motorbike, I have to go by train and bike as station is 4miles away from home. The worst thing about it is getting up so damn early! I'm trying to cycle a bit more now as I want to do a sprint tri this year, end of May. Last night when I cycled to my friends I took a slightly longer route, only 6miles still but bit better than 4.5mi.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0
