Human maybe but I look horrdid and feel uncomfortable! This is no way to be.

Was supposed to go for a run last night but last minute change of plans and went into town with BF to see friends and catch a glimpse of the torch relay.

    That's brill savingH.

I'm just bit disappointed that I've put so much weight on and that I'm just letting it be.

Was supposed to go for a run tonight as well but again, last minute change of plans. BF was supposed to go mountain biking with a friend after work but friends back went bad so we decided to go together to Ashton Court. About 6miles there on the road, about 6mile track and then back. Was very slow but it was good fun. Need to use the facilities more often.

Off tomorrow so will definitely get a run in! :)

Awesome weather! Yes, I did get out for a run but not in the morning when it was cool and overcast but at 1pm when it was sunny and hot! Therefore planned 5miles got reduced to 3.77 mi and last 10minutes was hard and almost gave up as no shade or breeze.

Beach volleyball all day to day. Even with the breeze it was boiling! Should not complain but too hot to exercise really. Nothing burnt though so that's good. Not sure what to do tomorrow yet..

Sounds like you are still doing lots of exercise! OH and I did a 6 mile bike ride last night. We were out tonight anyway so not fit in any today which is a bit disappointing. Need to try and exercise tomorrow.

Any nice plans for the jubilee weekend?

Yes, getting back into training again and enjoying it. Went for a run on Sunday and Monday and spin yesterday. Another run and possibly a swim planned for today and spin on Thursday then rest on Friday.

Well done on your bike ride!

We are going off camping to North Wales to do some mountain biking and possibly walking. Have taking the whole week off but hired the car only till Wednesday morning so not quite sure yet what we do for the rest of the week.

What are you planning to do?

Well, start of last week was ok. Went to BFs mum's first as forgot to book camp site for first night. Did two days of mountain biking and got absolutely soaked and knackered. First day did 12km which was pretty easy, next day did 25km, lots of uphill that killed my quads and rocky slippery down hill that killed my arms as I was breaking so much all the time. Worst mtb ride ever, got so knackered and cold I was ready to quite and close to tears couple of times (not really like me at all). Next day tried to go for a walk but my legs were finished and getting up the mountain was enough so we cut the walk short. Lovely day though, sunny and nice. Had another nights camping booked but was supposed to rain in the morning and didn't fancy packing up in rain so left that night. Back home about 11pm, left bikes and stuff in the car to wait unloading till next day only to come down the next day to open doors and strewn clothing, smashed window and bikes and outdoor clothing gone! Devastated! Insurance should cover bikes but not clothing, as it was 'on show' (trying to fight against this) but that's about £700 worth of outdoor clothing and my camera. :(

Had rest of the week off but we're moping and no money to anything else anyway so sat at home whilst it was raining and watched tennis. On Saturday finally got out properly and went to play beach vb. Had a good day. :)

:( Insurance is only going to cover the bikes and they probably won't do cash settlement.

But bit of good news as well. Got some of our clothes back, including expensive waterproof trousers as someone had reported a bag of clothes to the police. Still missing my jeans and favourite techinical t-shirt...

Debt wise, I'm over 90% paid off!!!! Woo hoo! Pay day today so paid another £275.
