    well done for payment

sorry to hear the motorbike trip was so stressful and that you are struggling to get fit and healthy again. Perhaps you should get your blood count checked - make sure there is nothing else going on...

Thanks SH. It was bit of an ordeal but not too bad. Feeling ok at the moment though I still have a sniffle. I think I'll keep taking my pills (vitamin etc.), try to concentrate on eating lots of vegetable rich food and keep a positive attitude;I am going to beat this cold! :) I do need to register with doctors in Bristol so will get a once over when I get that done.

Minimum payment hasn't gone from s@nt@der so I think it's one of those that if you pay more before a certain date it doens't take your minimum payment. Bit annoying as most of them always take your dd regardless how much more you pay. Will pay the amount now so will have a nice round £800 to pay in 5 installments and then I shall be free of it! Can't believe I'm actually on the last lap of debt payments! :j

Well, something always happens when things are starting to get better...
Woke up at my usual time yesterday,5:50 and it was so windy I decided to go by train. But I needed to catch the 6:30am train which made things really tight. No time for breakfast for starters. I cycled as fast as I could and got there with 5 mins to spare but my cold really didn't like that. Got a big phlegm (sorry...) slump in my chest and couldn't cough it up all day. I wanted to start doing some exercise this week but I should probably leave it till later now. Really itching to get started though.

Lots of things coming up on the paying front as well so I hope I can keep the debt payments up. The plan at the moment is to make the last payment in October so I'll be debt free before my birthday. I think I might have to start doing all the little bits and pieces I used to do to get even bit of extra money and maybe finally look more into MSing otherwise it'll be tight. Tax disc coming up on the bike and need to do a big service as well. BF is going to do this but we've had to buy things to do it.

Hi Tirl - I started doing the Make £10 a day challenge again - I don't always get £10 but I do better than if I didn't do it at all.

Yeah, I used to do that challenge. I don't have much to sell anymore though. But I'll start doing surveys again. Almost up to £20 and pay out soon on one of the old ones.

Still sniffles and can't breathe through my nose;have to use a spray to be able to sleep comfortably,it's working though so that's good. Still needing about 9-10hrs of sleep at the weekends so obviously still not 100%. Haven't been to doctors yet. VB training resumes tomorrow and want to get back to swimming and running.

Hi tirl - I assume you've checked you're not pregnant... sometimes that can cause your immune system to crash and make you want to sleep.

Gosh, don't say things like that SH. No, I haven't checked but I don't think I am. I have one of those implants in my arm so should be ok. I don't feel that way either (not that I would have a clue to be honest). Might need to check now just in case...

Forgot to tell you that I had a proper scary road rage experience on Friday going back home. On dual carriageway noticed this car really close behind me so did the usual trick of slowing down a bit then speeding up to make them notice how close they were. No reaction. So I motioned with my fist for them to back off. And again. Then drifted bit closer to the left lane markers and next thing I know, this nutter is overtaking me on the same lane!!! Couple of minutes later I realised they'd been so close they pushed my mirror forwards, unfortunately no scrathes nor broken. In good time I got beside them to have a good look who was driving. And when I got home I went to report them to the police. It could've died or gotten seriously injured if she'd properly clipped my bike. Absolute nutter woman!

Anyhoo, I'm still sneezing and sniffling but this week I'll start exercising again. I have lost so much fitness again it's ridiculous. I'm also shaming myself into action my revealing how many pounds I need to/want to lose ... massive 20lbs!!! Wish I would've put this down couple of days ago when I was 2lbs less...;)

    We can do it SH!!!
I'm going to start slowly as still not feeling 100% but need to start/keep doing something. Went to training last night and it was hard work, could really feel how unfit I was. Just over a year ago I found it all so easy. Now my back aches so no Shred today, either swimming or just a walk. Might very well be the latter...:o I have about month and a half to get some sort of base, then I'm going to do a 12 week training programme to lead me into my first sprint distance triathlon. Slightly tempted by some running races as well as for a limited period, they are offering Bristol 10k and half mara for £40! Not sure if I want to run a half mara this year though or commit myself to too much after a year I've just had. On the other hand it could be very good motivation. Will ponder on that more.
I still fit into my clothes but it's starting to be very close that soon I won't. I can't afford to buy new clothes anyway so will just have to get back in shape. Plus 2012 will be my year! Debts will be paid off and former shape will be regained! Lets get on with it!!!:j
Oh yes,and a new job will be found...
