I do have a bed, but it's just a box bed, and she said she has a divan bed with 4 draws and I really need the storage. She was supposed to change the bed the weekend I ended up moving, but even if I hadn't moved then, I don't think she would've done it.
I don't blame you for being a bit annoyed- she should have done it. It is annoying about the net as well.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Yeah, both are bit annoying, if not sorted end of this month, I'll need to have a chat with her. But I'll keep asking in the meantime...DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

Hello all!
Not much change during the weekend. I'm really busy atm as well so not really time to sort things out and flatmate is in/out all the time, so hard to pin her down.
Things that need sorting out this week:
1. Ask about the bed and get a definite answer.
2. Ask about TV package/broadband and make sure she understands this is urgent. (All bills included so basically paying for something I don't have/can't use)
3. Ask about changing the heating so it's warm when I have to get up. I could do it myself if I knew how to work out the boiler, but I don't. Might ask bf to have a look at it tomorrow when he comes round.
Well, that's the main 3 things atm.
Weekend was good. On Saturday went shopping with bf in an outlet and got new jean, two new tops, one of them at least suitable for work, and 3 tops for sports. Nice to have something new and finally spend some of my Xmas money.
Bf is off skiing on Sunday so were looking for jacket for him. He's been once already and will carry on so worth buying his own, last time he lend everything from a friend.
Sunday we had two matches against same team. As expected (the other team is very good!) we lost, but actually played really well and weren't a walkover so really pleased with our performance.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -

Well my Saturday morning was a bit nerve-wracking cos I was meeting 2 other Mum's from a baby forum and I didn't know them. They were lovely though, but it did feel a bit weird as I had no baby and they had children with them. I have to make an effort though, as I don't know many people here and don't want to be isolated when the baby is born.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Oh, and we also went to a friends engagement party on Saturday night which was nice. Saw lot of people from the beach that I don't see during the winter.
I'm looking at SBT cards atm, but I need to work out if I can save £120 on interest by doing that as that's how much it would cost me in transfer fee. Only other option would be to rely on getting two cards,Santander Zero to get 0%, 0 tranfer card and then try to get Egg Money card to transfer it onto current account. Not sure what to do, but need to work out the financies on those two options...DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
Ticker update. Tells me I've paid tad over quarter of my debt! Doesn't feel like it, but looking at it makes me feel much better. Debt originally started at £13,196.02. Might of been bit higher at some point when I wasn't 'on the ball'. The 'hard' part is done though, interest is under control and I'll make the rest of the debt disappear soon!
