    The problem in my job is that you have to go up/down a lot of side streets that are very dangerous.I couldn't believe the amount we got earlier in the day..it was really heavy.Just wish it would all go away.

    I don't envy you doing that at all. Our side roads just aren't gritted. They used to leave some in one of those Yellow side things, but it disappeared- everyone wishes it was back, even if it did stink like kitty litter at times:cool:

    Well i seem to get into stopping up late when i am bored, so end up reading stuff all over. There used to be the nightowls- but i quite like reading and playing scrabble- really should give scrabble a rest as i am addicted.

    hi all

    was a very long way from being a night owl last night - asleep on the sofa by 10:30 - and missed all the snow falling; we've got 5 inches of trouble

    it was well forecasted though so I have got plenty of work lined up to do at home.

    all the kids will be at home today, although one school only just declared :mad:. This may impact my productivity - but not in the snowman department

    thanks for the support on my challenge thread Bob - hope it quietens down for a bit - some scary people out there
