Today I am going to start the mammoth task of clearing my crafting desk so that I can actually reach my sewing machine. Slowly drafting a list of projects that I want to do over the summer so I can finally use these vouchers before they run out!

Chewing over making some items as xmas gifts for people too although not sure what, I really do need to be more decisive :rotfl:

I'm at work at the moment so have planned a non strenuous (ha!) short job for tomorrow and will then get out the machine on Wednesday and start on some sashing blocks. First of all, I'll have to get the squares to the correct size though. I think that will be the easiest way to do it. I'm so tired now, I just want to go home and sleep :(

Loving the bag Sue!! That fabric is great. Ive still got the plain newspaper stuff that you gave me the link too but still not had time to sew anything yet with it or the mountain of other fabric Ive been buying thats just sitting in my cupboard feeling very lonely. :(

Ive finished work now though thankfully so just trying to get the house cleared. Have just spent the last 2 and a half hours listing some sewing and crafting mags on ebay so that I can try and declutter a bit. Took bl**dy ages and only listed 13 things!!

Hope everyone well and keeping busy. Loving all the makes on here. Makes me feel very jealous!

PootleFlump - don't talk to me about decluttering. As I think you all know now we have had a new kitchen. We got rid of loads before the old kitchen was ripped out and still have too much to go back in. Need to be ruthless. Once that's done need to do little bedroom.

Have already sorted out part of it and have loads of craft things to get rid of. Don't know whether to bite the bullet and try to do a car boot or to list on ebay. Haven't done a car boot before but not sure if I will be any good letting things go a 50p or £1 when I know they costme a lot more. Think I might just let them all go to the charity shop. Decisions decisions.

Anyway back to it now. Have cleaned the floor, cleaned the kitchen windows inside and out, the living room windows outside, and hoovered downstairs. Want to dust, polish and generally tidy the living room before I can do some sewing without feeling guitly.

Jeez you sound like you are having a rare old time of it too! We are moving house at the end of the month but our buyer still hasnt concluded missives (exchanged) and until she does we cant organise anything.

I know what you mean about letting stuff go for not enough money. The stuff I listed today is just sewing/crafting magazines and rubber stamps so Ive just put them all on at 99p and will see what happens. One set of the stamps costs much more than that but Im not really that bothered TBH. Just means more space for fabric and the rest of the crap that I constantly buy online!! lol Enjoy your cleaning!!!
