Mooloo :D you are like me :rotfl: I always say Im not buying anymore fabric and then I see some and buy it :rotfl:
I hope you are feeling better by the time you go out and you have a wonderful time :)

I have been painting my DGD's peg hooks I have made for them (I can do that one handed :rotfl:) but I just want to make them the little patchwork tote bags to hang on them too, I have all these ideas going around in my head :(
Im hopeing DS2 & DIL will get a house soon, they have been in 1 room since before DGD2 was born but fingers crossed it won't be too long :(
Getting myself sorted 1 day/1thing at a time :) and Love sewing :)

Ah, I forgot to add the other day (or I may have done and forgotten IYKWIM!). DH had a pair of jeans to go out *faints in shock* so I told him to shove them in the recycling box. About an hour later I realised what I'd said and went and retrieved them from said box. They are now in my very full cardboard box awaiting cannibalisation. I'm going to have the zip and the fabric for something. I'm thinking that perhaps I can make my boy some board shorts with pink skull and crossbones polycotton embellishments. How cool would that be?
I've swapped a shift at work so am working tonight but not Sunday now. That should give me time to do some other bits and pieces so that I can sew up the blind for my downstairs loo (one less piece of fabric in the way) and if I have to do painting, I can paint my sewing box too. The hinges arrived so I have them sitting on the table. Don't really want to go to bed in the morning because I'll feel like I've wasted a day.
DH isn't going to be happy with me wantig to do stuff though as he hates being at home so perhaps we can compromise and do it on Saturday and a little bit of Sunday morning? I hope so.
Right, best get ready for work. Night peeps :D

    Thank you :)
They aren't a pattern they are just big rectangles gathered and sewn onto some elastic and hemmed.

Rufusdog - well done on getting so much done today.

Still haven't managed to do anything crafty today. Cleared another two cupboards out of the kitchen, the double ones that go into each corner by the sink. Took two boxes of stuff to the charity shop but used the bag door so didn't see what fabric they had.

Unlikely to get anything done over the weekend. Will try to keep up with the thread. Enjoy your makes everyone.

I wear jeans all the time and feel a bit odd wearing a skirt so I don't think to make one but my DD does :D so she might like one as it looks so easy to make :D

Pootle :D thank you for the link :D I will have to add that to my list of makes for DGD2 when Im back up and running with the sewing again :D
