I've been lurking around here for a while and stolen a few lovely patterns
Love the tote bag, that is going on my list of things to attempt!
I've just brought lots of fabrics squares off ebay, can anyone link me up to an easy guide to making a patchwork quilt or perhaps recommend any other projects which I can do with them?
Thanks0 -

That bag looks fabulous
Day 2 of my sewing adventures. I am very proud of myself because I set up my machine all by myself which I could never do in highschool! And I think I am getting the hang of it made a little rectangle pillow yesterday for practice. Today I attempted to make up a bag pattern and it turned out okay so I am proud of it. The stiches are a bit messy in places because I was making it up as I went along and kept getting confused but it works at least

Here you go. This one is for a rabbit (there is a link to download the pattern). If you click on project sheets there are teddy bears and other things as well. Where it says polypellets just use stuffing if you prefer. You can also pretty much use whatever fabric you like. I need to redraw my owl pattern but once I do if you want a copy of it just let me know. Its really easy cause its titchy!
p.s You can ignore the bit about the glue gun as well. If you get a thick gauge wire for whiskers it will just pull straight through the fabric and stay in place fine.0
