Sorry, I misread that. I meant if they sell it to someone underage, it's more than just their job on the line

I got ID'd for buying white wine vinegar ..would love to see someone trying to get pi%%ed on that.

I saw that homebase checkouts prompt to ID people for trowels and gardening forks. Its all gone crazy

Well, I would have thought you'd need to be over 18 to buy a gardening fork, it could class as a weapon. In the wrong hands it could to a lot of damage to someone.

having to have a passport is ridiculous. My provisional is legal photo ID. I can open a bank account with the bloody thing. I haven't been abroad in 10 years and currently have no-one who can countersign my photo for a passport, so i can't get one. Home Bargains demanded i have a passport yesterday :mad:
