Hi,
Haven't posted for a while. Well, I managed to get quite a bit done when the kids were away on the first day. On the second day I just looked at what was left and kept thinking I'd get back to it. I'm ashamed to say that I really couldn't summon up enough enthusiasm to continue - think I 'over decluttered' the day before LOL.
Family noticed it looked much clearer so I do need to continue my mission.
DD seems to be leaving more toys in the kitchen than the living area (we're open plan) so I'm always tripping over her bits. Must have a sort through some of her more 'baby' bits for ebay.
IN:
Groceries (1st shop in over a week due to snow)
DS2's birthday cake and card
Lovely skirt for DD ebay
OUT:
Dustmen came today - had about 1 mins warning so whipped off dressing gown (wearing pjs), put on coat and wellies (on wrong feet). No wonder the driver was staring.
DVD sold on ebay.
Lots to do later, will update when I can. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

On a double today and tomorrow, cooking Thursday for the Country Market on Friday which starts again after our Xmas break so wont get much done untill Saturday.
My house is looking nice and tidy though have kept it as it was when the visitors came for Xmas.
So I am quite please with myself.
I am in the situation where if someone calls unexpectantly I can say happily come in and have a coffee, this is a situation I have not been in before things have not been really really bad but things used to be messy.
IN
My Xmas present handbag(have given a few to charity shop recently)
Out
Nothing
Just generally keeping things tidy.
Saying this there are still cupboards and drawers that need sorting.0 -
Sat at home today with a roaring chest infection so have been fairly quiet today. The bins were emptied today - well bits of them were! Depsite having been told by the council that anything I put out extra would be taken, they moved the black bags to get to the bins emptied the bins and then left the black bags  The lady on the customer services desk however was lovely and has promised me they WILL be collected this week.........
On the positive side though my M&S sales order was delivered today - having been delivered to the wrong address last week. Bless the delivery driver he went back to the address picked up the parcel (which was still where he left it!) and redelivered it :T
So today IN:
4 flat KS sheets (replaces the big chuck out I had before Christmas)
New cardi
Memo board for DS1
New underwear
Post
OUT:
Old underwear (losing weight is great but the scaffolding needs a change of size!)
Post - all shredded or dealt with
2 magazines read and taken to the doctors
Box of rubbish to cancel out the box that came in today
Freecycle box collected this evening :j
Pending Out:
Some of the underwear back to M&S - honestly how can the same store have such different sizing in different styles
Then I decluttered myself off to bed this afternoon as I felt rubbish :rotfl: Hope everyone is having a good day, I am starting to get into the routine of decluttering as I go at the moment - Emptynester I like the idea of checking drawers etc as you go along.
Moneysaver - what a good idea! Thats not morbid just brilliant, I know that my OH would be useless if anything happened to me, bless him, think I will add that to my list of stuff to doFree/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0
