Lol the end is in sight so I have renewed energy for decluttering! :j

It's actually lovely to sort stuff and have space to store it after - normally I will pull something out, get rid of a tiny bit and then struggle to put it all back!!!

It's no wonder I hate cleaning - it's such a chore when you have too much stuff!

Well I got one car load to the tip today. The car is loaded up already for tomorrow morning when I get up. I've managed to shift more stuff up into the loft to enable us to get on with stuff. Wasted the day really as I was waiting around for a man from the council until 2.40pm.
Need to pull my finger out and get the hallway cleared tomorrow or DH and I will be doing it on Sunday before and after work.

I can now add another box full of dd's pictures etc for recycling - I have photographed them all and kept one or two from each year only.

It was all in an overflowing plastic crate and it is now about a quarter full at most so I have room to add more (although I plan to be more selective from now on!!)

Oh, and another load of leaflets and programmes/guides from places we've visited and instruction manuals.

I've also got another box of craft stuff for the local women's project. I have kept just what will easily fit into smaller boxes I can put on shelves. It was all in one huge box before and I couldn't see what I had tbh!

For charity, I have two cake tins and some more books.

I'm in a bit of a pickle now so will start afresh in the morning! :j

Wishing you all a productive day tomorrow. :D

Been gardening most of the day. DH got rid of most of the garden waste, must have been about 5 bags and there is still a couple more to go. Also got rid of some old speakers and some vinyl tiles. Did some food shopping and picked up some solar garden lights, pack of 6 stainless steel for £6.74 reduced from £24.99 a bargain from sainsburys and they do look lovely.

Our bedroom tomorrow It's decluttered just needs a big tidy up.

    Well done everyone.

Everyone's doing *so* well - isn't it lovely when space starts to appear? I'm in the middle of packing for a busy weekend away, so I haven't done much, but in the odd few minutes I have dealt with:
    40. couple of electrical bits to recycling.
    41. couple of address books checked and the paper put into the pile to be shredded.
    42. some paperwork [strike]dumped onto[/strike] given to my business partner to look after while I move house :D
2023: the year I get to buy a car
