Ooh, free listing day. Does that mean on any start price? May have a look and get some napkin rings up there.
ETA: Gah- was posting to say how awful for you purplevamp. I hope it doesn't continue for too long. Have you got all the council agencies involved? Noise, environmental health etc? Or is it not worth the hassle? Home is the one place that you should feel safe and secure.Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -

I've been getting really bad headaches recently and have been very tearful, the slightest thing makes me cry. I think it's a combination of problem neighbours and not being able to do a single thing about it, we can't move, can't afford to rent privately
I feel your pain, honestly, I do. If I don't get into uni (which allows me to move into safe, quiet halls for mature students), I am stuck in a nasty area where feral kids bang on my bedroom window at night and god knows what else goes on...for about another year. Need a job...need to escape from here!!0 -
another bag of unused stuff out to the charity shop! And will anybody miss it?:jFlylady and proud of it:j0

I very much doubt it!
So far today just the rubbish out. I'm very happy about the free listing on ebay - just need to check if you can use turbo lister this time. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Mostly just gardening stuff in for me this weekend, and then most of it out again!
Used up a few more cosmetic things, and those I didn't have replacements for I've rebought last night in Boots - weird not having a huge stash of stuff but better I think.
I'm starting to make a list of what to do in my week off. Areas to tackle. I will get there!!Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
Initial Mortgage free date - January 2058
Mortgage as of 1st February 2024 - £159,134.98
Overpayments to date - £79.62
Current Mortgage free date - January 20580 -
I've reclaimed so much bedroom space.....
Out So far today: 2 bags of rubbish and a box of rubbish.
Pending out: 2 more bags of rubbish and one bag to charity as well as various items for CEX and Cash Converters tomorrow.
Still doing more decluttering so more items should come to light soon to get rid of and I also listed some more books for sale on Greenmetropolis.com0 -
Thanks for the hugs girls. I've still got my headache, but feel a little better
. I can't do anything about the neighbours as the housing say they can't prove that they're throwing things in my garden. So I'll just keep picking the stuff up and binning it. We can't move until 1) we get a decent enough deposit (and round here what we need {not want} costs inxs of £250K ; and 2) DH finishes his studies and gets a job, which will be at least another year.
I looked online and I think it could be cervical spondylosis (sp?) which I hope not, but would explain a lot of my symptoms, no appointments at the doctors today so will have to wait until Friday. It's never a good idea to check symptoms online ~ it can only lead to cybercondria!!!
Only thing in today was post and bananas, nothing out.
Oh, and on top of all that we've now got birds nesting in our roof! Well, between a broken tile (which we asked the housing to fix 2 years ago) and the roof lining.Mortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £82,340.34 May 2037Swagbucks ~ £155 (2024 ~ £395)Surveys ~ £148.59 (2024 ~ £280.14)Make £2025 in 2025 #5 ~ £964.62 ~ (2024 ~ £2,561.04)0
