    Well done MegsMum!

Had a wake up call today cos after Estate Agent's visit I put the house on the market. Came home from work today and there are for sale boards up! Made me realise that this is real!!

Tidied up a bit of the garden today and it looks much better - still a long way to go but thought it would look better for any prospective viewers.

One big plus to the house going up for sale is DD cleaned and tidied her bedroom and there is a carpet!!! Hope she can keep it up.

    Take care everyone.

I did intend to follow this thread but I am hopeless!

I have booked some holiday at work as i'm going away with my brother and sister later in the week, but will be back on Friday evening, so I will make a real effort over the weekend to do some sorting out and tidying. I don't have that much stuff, but I have realised that i've been living here for about 15 months and never used some things, so why have I still got them?!

My dad is coming round first thing tomorrow morning to help me put my new chest of drawers together so my first 'sort out' will be what was in my old ones (really, how much underwear does one person need?!) I think this was part of the reason my old ones collapsed :p

I see a lot of you get rid of a number of items in x number of days, so I think i'll follow you all and go for 30 'items' by Monday (I go back to work on Tuesday). Not a huge amount, but it gives me a start.

Right, enough rambling, i'll try and update over the weekend.
