Hey All...been a bit MIA. Didn't manage to complete 100 in 10 for a second time. Though managed to declutter about 50 things over 2 weeks so not a complete loss. Will start again sometime this week and will eagerly announce my start day :D

Just wanted to send some hugs to Megs Mum....been reading but not posting...didn't want to read and run without saying hello. I hope you feel a bit brighter soon x

Please say its not just me that sometimes feels like this? I know its about a 1 on 1-10 scale of depression but it really makes you appreciate what it must be like if you are a depressive.
    Thanks for listening.
Off to the loo to put cleaning garb on now.

It's not just you. I get like that at times (and I am SURE lots of other folk do). Try to be kind to yourself (pretend you are someone else and don't expect too much of them (you) whilst they are below par). I hope you start to climb back soon. Hugs

Good Morning Everyone - and thanks so much everyone for your kind thoughts - it really means a lot to me. Cleaned and polished and scrubbed last evening and seemed to be good therapy. Have put on nice jeans and a fav T shirt this morn instead of sloppy old gardening clothes and will apply mascara and perfume and bracelets even if its just for my benefit (hey - most of the time it is for us anyway, isnt it?)
    So my OUTS for yesterday
    7. Wine bottles from weekend (dont worry I havnt taken to booze)
    8. Big bag of all my old snaggy tights - have not worn tights for a year so they can all GO and I will buy I pair of "flesh" and 1 of black to keep in the drawer in their bags and be handwashed to keep them nice
    9. Carp from the wardrobe bottom (tissue, fluff, the plastic things they put in shoes etc etc...)
10 and 11. Buckets of weeds (recycled through hens to make eggs from)
    12. 2 tea bags (ermmm mentioning them because they were left on a plate by the sink - why not put straight into bin??)
    13. 2 old potatoes from fridge - carefully wrapped in cling some days ago
    14. Old receipts and shopping lists from handbag
    15. 2 catalogues that came in the post
    16. Bathroom bin emptied
    17. Shower cleaner bottle binned

    IN:
    1. 4 nice books for dgks (Will be sent out today)
    2. Sat nav mat for OH birthday (had the car windscreen broken in station carpark last year - police said they see the ring marks on the screen and break in to get the sat nav from glove compartment. Actually ours wasnt even in the car but it was a real pain getting it sorted)
    3. Icecube bags from L@kel@nd (used up last one at the weekend)
    4. Expenses cheque paid into bank a/c
    5. 5 eggs - that means all 5 hens are back in lay .. wooo hooo - may make a cake even though it will make us fat (could freeze it for next time ds and family visit!).

Have a good day everyone. Off to put on the mood-boosting mascara and take the dogs out into the woods all misty and frosty....
