  • I've sold 2 big, bulky books and already sent them off to the customers from Greenmetropolis.com who bought them from me.

I'm not at home so much at the moment so rarely have time to declutter and also don't have the money to buy tat so there isn't anything really coming in other than food which never seems to last long anyway. Taking a big bag of rubbish out with me later, and bringing back a bottle of coke as well as any mail there may be.

  • Doing another small declutter this afternoon; a whole bag of rubbish is ready to go already, including 2 really stained old shirts which no amount of Vanish and Daz could revive.
  • Over the past week or so. Haven't been doing that much of a clearout. :(

    In
    Some fresh food (cheese/turkey/bread etc)
Some new cheap wine glasses (6 from Tescos - 50p each)
1 pair boots (in sale at Brantan0)
    1 jacket (in Matalan sale)
1 box of syringes & insulin for 1 diabetic cat

    Out
    Glass jars/bottles to recycling centre
    1 Amazon sale (cd single)
    1 letter
1 bag of shredded paper & collection of newspapers to local sspca
2 tins of cat food to sspca (my 2 furballs now refused to eat this flavour)

    Pending
1 full charity bag for BHF. Forgot to leave out on day they were collecting & haven't had chance to take into their shop yet.
1 full garden bin. Due to get emptied on Friday by council
  • I've filled 4 recycling bags, 2 black bags and 3 charity shop bags today, so proud of myself, think I've gone well beyond my 100 :)

Still got absolutely heaps to do though!
  • Out: Another 2 shirts in the bin, a huge book and a smaller one ready to go to charity tomorrow plus I have listed 7 new books on Greenmetropolis.com to try and sell. Still soldiering on but feeling great.

    Hi everyone...

Firstly well done to Megsmom on completing the 100 in 10 challenge!! :T

Well I think I'm going to fail on my 50 in 5 as I've only managed another 5 items! :rotfl: The weather has been so nice I've had to work or should I say declutter in the garden instead :p

I did start to sort through my summer clothes and have so far put aside 4 tops. I'm going to get my hair cut Friday so I'm hoping to sort out a few more items so I can make a trip to the charity shop on the way. :)

    Have a nice evening all!

I'll have a go at the 50 items in 5 days challenge as I have the rest of this week off work. OH will be out tomorrow and possibly Friday, so need to do the bulk of it then (otherwise he won't let me get rid of anything!)

    In

    Four books

    Out

1 - Two bags of clothes
2 - Old ironing board cover
    3 - Cracked plastic lunchbox
4 - Two old water bottles
5 - DVD given back to rightful owner

    Pending

Photos to be taken for ebay listings - I've ironed the clothes ready, but the camera batteries were dead when I came to take the pictures.
