  • I've finished a bit early as am hungry - but i did quite well.

I've emptied my shoe cupboard and put all the moldy shoes in bin bags. I've not actually de-molded the cupboard yet, got to steel myself mentally before doing that! :o I now have 8 pairs of shoes - soudns like a lot but actually isn't.
I've got one pair winter boots, 2 pairs flat black shoes, one pair trainers, one pair walking boots, two pairs high heels, one pair summery flip flop type things. How sad. I even had to throw out my wedding shoes. Which were v uncomfortable but i would have liked to keep them!

In my HHC I also put the printer back on the bookshelf - which involved moving stuff off the bookshelf, and I found DH's lost lovefilm DVD, yay! Glad we didn't report it now. It's one of those Jackie Chan movies - I dare you to say Jackie Chan without moving your hands in a martial arts sort of way!

Must do another HHC today - will aim to do it about 2ish

OK... I've just signed up for fitbug via my work health insurance, so:

    a. I have three spare pedometers if anyone would like them...
    b. does anyone else want to join fitbug... as if so I'll do a referal...

It's extra motivation for me, as if I do enough, I'll earn points towards things like spa days, reflexology etc on my health insurance plan. So I'll be using this for my health drive...

:cool:Well... I got quite alot done in that HHC...
    WM and DW on.
Kitchen squared off, and tidy :D
LR squared off and tidy :D
Didn't do the bed.... as I started another load first...so will do that tomorrow.
Phoned British Gas to change DD... they lowered it by £28  as they said I was in credit. But to be honest, I think thats too much, as the heating is on more often than not, in this cold weather :o
I also brought a pile of ironing downstairs, for a HHI ... but will leave that for Ron;):D

Right... cuppa and a cheeky digestive and jam methinks

**bimbles off to kettle... via the place where the pedometer used to live :o **

LadyL - smooch.gif - Hope you are finally getting some peace now your husband is back at work!giggle.gif I think you need a holiday - and fast. I hear New York is beautiful at this time of year.

Tilli-Tot, madcatgirl and beemuzed - Welcome back!
Tilli-Tot - You have an awful lot to deal with so big hugs.gifhugs for you
Nicki - Glad your eye is feeling better now
Ishtar - sorry about your mum’s cat. My in-laws lost their cat a week before Christmas so they made a big fuss of my cat when they came over the other day.
Soappie - that waste of food is dreadful and WELL DONE on finishing the first draft.
Quillion - I hope your husband is better soon
I spoke to Tristan earlier but the forums were still down when I went back to bed in the early wee hours hence no morning post from me.
Hip is not so painful today, just a bad ache so that is not so bad.
Had a good afternoon with my friend R. She brought lunch with her - Sushi - my first time eating it and I don't think it will make it onto my favourites list.. As Crocodile Dundee said 'You can live on it - but it tastes like ****!'giggle.gif
    Off to find my list..

If your tariff is eligible for it, sign up for their new smart energy thingy where you submit monthly meter readings and get billed accurately each month. If it isn't eligible, give them monthly meter readings anyway (the system can cope with it :D just...) so at least you know that any updates are accurate.

Right... need to find lunch and get some work done...

genkijen hello and now that you have posted you have to stay:rotfl:hope we see you soon again.

well I got another support worker to take me out but unfortunately only for my food shopping so i didnt get to the bank or the post office or to do any of the other bits and bobs - will need to do that somehow tomorrow or saturday i think (didnt want to go out saturday).
She was lovely and thought i was totally mad but nice so we had a good giggle and I got my Morrisons £25 voucher and spent it so at least I have food again for a week or 2.

There has been a bit of a thaw here but its still a nightmare getting about just not so cold thank goodness. MY neighbour from across the road is coming over this afternoon for a catch up.

    have put the shopping away
    have done 1 x WM

will go update my list and then do stars before he arrives.
    toots xx

ETA grateful I meant to say that i hope its not too cold for you and can you order the oil now so you get it as soon as the holidays finish? *warming * vibes for you all.
    Peace will be mine
