Nikki - good look with your weight loss, I could do with losing a stone and should make more of an effort with the exercise than I do. Should try harder and it will keep me busy too and mind occupied. . I must have lost about 3 stone last year... unfortuately I just lost the same half stone about 6 times :o so this year I need to keep it off. My ankle is still a bit feeble, but I had a decent walk on Sunday and it survived, so I should be able to manage.
First thing to do is get all the problem food out of the house and NOT by eating it... feed it to other people. And then grab a pedometer in the sales (saw them in the supermarket today)... in fact, grab two in case one breaks/gets left behind. Measure every day for a week without changing from your normal routine, and then set yourself targets to increase your step count and add in other exercise.
Drink water or tea/herbal tea. Eat lots of fruit and veg and DO NOT BUY diet books & supplements. Hex is our resident weight loss guru, so maybe she should be in charge0 -

Just had a verty late lunch and will tackle hall as it's in a terrible mess. Stairs are too - I always try to say never go upstairs with your hands empty but it seems to breed!I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -
Been to a soft play centre with my 2 girls, niece & 2 nephews (&SIL). So the girls are having a 'quiet time' watching beauty and the beast on my bed.
Will do a list. Monday's list is finished thanks to DH sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor. I asked him to do it while I was at work and he said he would so when I got in at 11.30pm and it wasn't done I ran the hot water for the mopping and got the brush and mop out, then asked him if he'd get chance to do it before he went to bed or should I do it now? He said he'd do it so I told him the water was ran and hot now ready for him to do it. Of course he was delighted!;) But it got done.:j
