    Evening all

Posting so I can find my last post. Kitchen all done so I am in need of a star but I'll post list to be sure! Had a nice chilled eve, heading north to see my family tomorrow and although I'm looking forward to it I would love to stay hibernated here and am not looking forward to the drive. Between us we got the place looking good again today and as well as the kitchen, all the floors have been dysoned, and the bathroom mopped, towels and bathmats changed. Not packed for tomorrow yet but it won't take long in the morning; all the presents are bagged up.

    Off to catch up....

That I think though is playing into his hands....I was ranting last night cos he said he wasnt gonna let her come down...he had taken time off work to be with her and had made plans etc
Like I wouldnt want to see her over Xmas:rolleyes::mad:

She is 8 and she would HATE to travel on her own ( ever probably:rolleyes:)...she is a strange child:rotfl:
I will think on it overnight and see what he says.....I doubt he will give me Parent of the Year Award though:cool:

I think, if you haven't seen her all over Christmas then it would be worth the money to have her there for the week, if I have got it right?...(pay more and have her for the week rather than pay less for the weekend?????) Hope I got it right and not just poking my nose in xx

been out at a (new) friends all day, me and OH have known her OH for nearly a year but not yet met her and their kiddies and today was the day and what a great day we have had!! She was at work until lunchtime so I entertained the kids while the men played board games, it was fantastic, the children were a delight!!! We had so much fun!! And then a lovely lunch and a very pleasant natter, so glad it went well, my OH really gets on well with her OH and it was good that we also hit it off!!

On the flying front my kitchen and lounge look great, I have done a few loads of washing and my back is gradually improving, I may even be able to hoover tomorrow if I am lucky LOL

    My list for tomorrow
