Good choice tooch, I help run what was Freecycle, now Freegle, here & we always advise the same to members. I have never had a bad collection yet, when 1 person was restricted to when they could collect I left the item outside & said I would be out, just to be careful.

Best get to bed, shattered, see you all tomorrow. DP is out during the day helping his friend do his car......there is about 7 helping so I think it might be a post xmas catch up/escape....think I will make a start on my room or the rejig of the pantry...how exciting.
One day I might be more organised...........

    Morning all

Guess who got woken up by a child and can't get back to sleep?

I've had 2 cups of tea, eaten 4 digestives and read for an hour in the family room so thought I'd catchup on here now. Cat's are not impressed that I will not 'free' them into the rest of the house but they will jump on sleeping family members and destroy my peace!

    Rose
    - fingers crossed for your DH and it is lovely to hear you so perky!

    LadyLiberty - hugs sweetie x

Vali - we don't have 'best stuff' either (only very large wine glasses used only when entertaining!)

    Morning gang,

Well I had a really good nights sleep and I think my body clock is back to normal now. After soooo many very late nights and early get ups I was all over the place.

Jinky67 - I found myself in a similar situation to you when my first husband and I split up. My oldest two children wanted to stay with him. They were 11 and 9 at the time and I let them. But the youngest one came with me. He was 7. They were told though, that should they ever change their minds it would never be a problem.
Not so bad for me, as we were all only 6 miles apart in the same town so easy to go backwards and forwards.

If you want to chat then PM me!

Off to find a list and bung the recycling out!

    Morning All

My cousin's coming over this morning so I want to get as much done as possible before she comes - about 11ish. Then my kids and her boys can undo it all again! DH is at work today but it's the only day he is working so a bit of peace and quiet.

Right I'll go and find my list.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs
