Washed the floor in DS2 room an the curtains are back up - I will get him some new ones but these will do until then. Just having a cuppa and then the floor should be dry enough to move the chest of drawers and bed back and put the clean linen on. The rest of the stuff can wait until tomorrow but DS1 is getting a bit tetchy about him being in his room with extra chairs etc.

Pooh/Lil_me we've done the 'Hardknot' a few times it is a real adventure to say the least. Got half way once and had to turn back as a van had rolled and the police had closed the road - everybody was fine but the police did not look impressed I guess it is a common occurance?

Hi ladies, been AWOL for a couple of days- last seen on Tuesday, updating living room list. Then spent 2 hours prepping a buffet for friends who came round Tues night. Wednesday was a wipeout was shattered and only managed to get into town so that DS could exchange his Christmas pressie which was faulty. Still got a bit of a thick head today but not due to alkehol  so have just been feeding WM and TD. Have also just walked doogie as was desperate for some food foor her and decided to come on DH's laptop as he has been hogging the PC all day trying to complete his time sheet which is complicated beyond belief for overtime over the Christmas hols!

Think I'll probably be the only saddo on my own tonight as DH will be at work, DS has gone to his dads and now DD has been invited to stay over at a friends. Guess I'll either be flying, sleeping or surfing the net and spending money.

Think I'll have a cuppa then find my list (prob back about 20 pages which I have to catch up) then do something constructive.

In case I dont get back on (as PC is stilll playing up) I want to wish you all
A VERY HAPPY 2010 from Kaz and her krew xx

poohbear you won't feel jealous of the diesel it uses or when I need new parts, saving up now

Just phoned waste management, answering machine stating 'we are collecting as normal apart from in bad weather conditions' which seems to just be effecting Xmas eve & NY eve collections, aye my **** pathetic excuse, they have collected from streets with worse ice/snow on other days. I am soooo annoyed! They will however it states collect extra bags, well I am bloomin' pleased & they are going to get a rather large shock with the amount of bags we have!!! I am actually more annoyed at needing to use bags, I regularly just fill the bin to reduce the amount of plastics. The recycling one, same wagon but private company has been without a problem!

Ok, calm, calm....lunch eaten, DP just go up, left him as he's had a rough nights sleep & has work tonight. Think I will do the kitchen next & some more laundry.
One day I might be more organised...........
