OMG JayJay, a boat, what were they thinking!! It was raining when we did it. We've took the caravan over Hartside too http://www.visitcumbria.com/pen/hartside.htm entertaining ..... wasn't intentional, DP forgot what an iffy road it was.
I can see Hartside from my house. It is closed right now but I saw a few sets of head lights going over last night, sneaking past the road closed signs.

We have decluttered the living room today, well as much can be done until the tree goes down, we will be finishing it on Sunday. There are no children so it looks like they will be my jobs too, lets see how I have done.

Parent jobs (includes daddy too!): Clear and mop the bathroom floor

My house is so tidy......I forgot how good it feels to have a few hours to compliment myself and the kids on a good job!!
All drinks and nibbles are in, and i am going to make the kids cocktails with umbrellas and sparkly bits to bring in the new year:D
the oven will be going on at about 8pm for the pastry nibbles and goujons
