just recieved a letter from rbs legal adviser and nasty west solictors both on the same day.I think they want a fight.

All I wanted to achieve was to show I was not a time waster and I was not lying to you all.thanks for your post.Yes, the first link is a bit much but I did need to block out their and my name. I hope you understand,especially as it is now going to court. Its not what I want to do but I cant take the insult of £250. so there is no other option in my eyes and again thank you.

Another letter from rbs saying that I have not signed the statement of truth and now they have another 28 days.Do these p*icks know what there doing or like I thought from the begining of this,no.muppets

Does anybody know where the letter 4 not supplying the subject access request in 40 days is,I looked on main site but cannot find it.thanks.As 40 days run out wednesday.cheers

defence entered,roll on the 28th.Rang back the office.was then contacted by the head of department.she was very nice person and looking into my case.happy days but do I dont I make a compliant 2 the ICO.Is it worth the hassle and more people not liking me
