7 meetings with bank manager

I would then maybe try and speak to someone at their call centres as looks like the problem is at the banks end and the bank manager does not seem to be that clued up on what to do.

hi.thanks.had 7 meetings over a course of 2 months,all well over a hour long each. it appears to me ,he has his hands tied by the complaints center.seems like rubbish protocol.

How can pushing a payment from 30th to 1st of the month cause you financial hardship - it gives you an extra day to pay in?

hi,jones.It has not caused me financial hardship in paying the loan and yes you would have another day.the only problem is that is why 6 late payments was entered onto my credit file.then cleared off my record.The question is always easy if you know the answer.All payments were always made!!!!

ok,after spending lots of time on the phone speaking 2 lots of different people.my advice is all ways ring the credit report people first.dispute it 2 them and get them 2 chase the company 4 u.its the quickist and easier way 2 sort out your credit file

Good idea but next month will show another black mark on the credit file unless you get it sorted from the source (bank)

thanks 4 your help,changed the dates so no more black marks.just need the bank 2 say sorry now.they charge people 4 their mistakes so i think i should do the same 2 them.
