Changing the payment date from the 30th to 1st of month should not cause late payment makers to go on your credit file.

Could you post the entry from your credit file onto the forum editing any personal details??

They have requested to see your credit file markers (the late payments that are showing) not your loan details, they have also reminded you to remove any personal information.

I assume your dispute is with NatWest then.

Reading this thread again from the beginning - in the first few posts you are articulate and seem to know what you are on about - today's posts sound like you are foreign - in fact a total different person?
  • does anyone know how to post this on to the site.wont just cut and post,it comes out all foreign.cheers

Please find attached on this above link a upload of all scanned letters which my brother (Steven) has done for me regarding this case.

Hopefully these will better explain in detail my situation, and show what stage I am at now if anyone could give any advice.

Thank you in advance for anyone who will look through these!
  • hope these letters answer the questions
