    Xmas Saver!
are you going for a loan with the bank who are registering the late payments? They should be able to submit a report to work around it. And get your DD changed back!! And ask them to send info to credit agency to chane the late payment history.
  • 6 hour long meeting? Seems a bit protracted for this type of thing!
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
  • Troll alert highly improbable don't you think??

Why would someone bother to post a story like that if it isn't true? What are they going to gain from that?
  • Timewasting and winding people up what else?
  • Since a dd changing from 30th to the 1st? And now late payments. You would probably find most of the payments came out the next day! In other words did you spend all the money out your account the same day the loan was meant to come out?

Prob just wasted my typing time there as Jones is prob right!
  • hi,yes it was a lot of early days from work. the finance was a bank loan.I changed the dates now but now I have 2 foot prints on my credict report. also I wish this was not happening as I dont find it funny nor would you.thanks
  • I would like 2 say that after reading your comments, all I wanted was some advice and support.Even the bank manager said he had never caame across a case like this.I paid my loan each month and each credict agreement I have so this wouldnt happen. All I wanted was a new van, which I can claim back on tax return and doesnt cost anything in long run
  • Tricky, have you missed any payments? or late? If so thats why the marks are on your file. If not then mabe the bank manager is a bit simple as he/she would need to contact someone else that can fix this problem and stop it from happening again.
  • hi,duggie.the payments were changed from the 30th of each month to the 1st of each month after the ppi was cancelled.which was then showing up as 6 late payments.this was all done by the bank and NO payments were missed.which the bank agree with.thanks for post.
