Hi all, I am loving this thread! The photos are great. I am currently on a level two C & G professional Cookery Course & thoroughly enjoying it. I am hoping to go on to do the level three pastry course next year & maybe a sugarcraft course, time permitting! I have been thinking about turning my hobby into a business for a while but didnt know where to start. This thread has answered a lot of questions, thankyou! I shall continue following this thread it is very helpful.0

Just popped into the thread to admire all the lovely cakes...must remember not to look in when I'm hungry though!
Babyplum - that Nemo cake is brilliant. How did you get the white stripe on him, was it a white strip of paste you moulded onto his body?
Esmer - gorgeous cuppies as ever, you're buttercream always looks so silky smooth.
Hayley11 - your cakes are fantastic - wish I had your energy.
I've been looking back to see a post by Neneromanova about an Ultimate Fondant Application System - it was sheets of vinyl you rolled your sugarpaste between, but for the life of me can't find it. I was just going to check the prices she'd put as I think she'd phoned them direct for info. It must be my old bad eyesight but can't find it even when I use the search thread thing. Did no-one else fancy one of these - I thought it looked brilliant. I've googled the name but it says that the online store will open soon and don't think it is open yet. Being a bit of a meanie (aka good moneysaver) with my phonebill not wanting to phone USA!
Happy Baking everyone!0 -
