Hiya,
I use a butter Icing recipe, not sure what the ladies use. Sure they will pop along and tell you
I have used a white chocolate ganache as well. But always go back to the butter icing. Hope this helps xSaving 2.00 coinsGrocerys set to 40.00 pwBeing Thrifty0 -

I use buttericing 200g icing sugar with 100g unsalted softened butter and to colour I use pastes not the liquid food colouring you can buy in the supermarkets. Whatever the quantity of butter always double the icing sugar.***Dont save what is left after spending, spend what is left after saving***0 -
I do the same as Karen, I also add a tiny bit of a boiling water (it helps soften the butter a bit), flavouring, such as vanilla extract or lemon juice and a bit of milk if it's too thick, sometimes I don't bother with the flavouring though.
I agree about using the paste colours (sugar flair are the ones I use) they are so much better than the liquid ones and you only need a tiny bit so they last for ages, I've used all mine a bit and you can't even tell! Think happy & you'll be happy

Where did you get it from?
I've just found somewhere that sells cupcake couriers. I'm not allowed to post links to the website but you can find it by searching for "The Craft Company".
They sell clear ones and aqua ones but I think I must have just ordered the last of the clear ones as they're not on the website now:embarasse0 -
I was just about to post the same thing for the craft company - it seems to let me go through & order one.0

What do you think of these? Could I sell these? I have no confidence in my cupcakes at all
If you click on the picture, a bigger one should appear.
The picture itself isn't the best, my digital camera is broke so i'm using my iphone which has got the worst camera ever, plus it's very dark in my kitchen! Think happy & you'll be happy
